From the point of view of someone who loves setting goals, I can say that setting short-term goals, like quarterly goals, is as important as planning your long-term goals. Why? I think it is like creating a system for you to achieve your long-term goals. Aside from that, I listed below a few more reasons that may convince you to do so:
